In this role you will understand all facets of editing, from story selection to collaborating with a team in achieving results. In addition, you will be oart of the Editorial team to help produce the content for XD NEWS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Journalism intern, you will:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learn to elevate and refine your copy-editing\/proofing skills through various editorial projects<br>Participate in planning of stories<br>Access to creative and imaginative creators from all over the world<br>Learn to understand decisions that inform Editors\u2019 curation choices of content for various projects<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About You<\/strong><br>We will look at more than just your academic results and will also consider your strengths, values and motivations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>You must demonstrate:<br><\/strong>\u2022 Good oral communication and written writing skills in English and Chinese <br>\u2022 Strong learning and understanding ability <br>\u2022 Pro-active and Reliable<br>\u2022 Interest in writing and information gathering<br>\u2022 Curiosity about experience design and design generally<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>About Our Internships<br><\/strong>You will work remotely<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10-day placement without certificate \/ 2 month-long minimum internship with certificate<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What you will get <br><\/strong>Internship at XD is a unique opportunity to work at an innovative global media organization dedicated to enhancing experience by collecting and showcasing high-quality design projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be helping to power and enable the crossover design force of collaborating and to influence and define the future experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We run weekly editorial meetings on creative, cross-disciplinary  creative projects. Get all-rounded tailored feedback and guidance from your dedicated mentor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the internship, you will get an internship certificate, and those with outstanding performance can also apply for an official recommendation letter from mentors.
